Healthy Lifestyle at Work & Home -
Healthy employees through exercise, nutrition & inner peace
October 27, 2022 I 4:00 p.m. CEST I Webinar

After almost 2 years, the corona crisis still has a firm grip on our working and private worlds. More and more people are suffering from the mental challenges of this time. Although we are seeing more relaxation of corona measures in the private sphere, our working lives continue to be dominated by the home office. This continues to pose further challenges to companies and their employees. The mental demarcation between work and private life remains blurred.
Therefore, it is all the foremost important to build clear and positive structures into everyday life. Healthy nutrition, mental health and exercise are just as important as dealing with our inner resources. Entrepreneurs should not leave their employees alone in this process, but should be supportive in order to protect valuable employees from a drop in performance or illness (physical or mental).
After the first successful episode of the SME Connect initiative "Health Lifestyle at Work & Home" on the topic of "Mental Health at Work", this follow-up UP workshop will explain more in-depth insights from our experts on specific topics around mental well-being at work, go into useful tips and address professionals to promote exchange as well as develop projects for small and medium-sized enterprises.
